1. What do you remember most about your school days in Bartley?
I will always remember those programmes that the school put me through. For instance the Sports Education Programme. (SEP). SEP offers Bartleyan a variety of sports to learn, ranging from sailing, golf, wrestling, karate etc. I feel that SEP is part of Bartley's education system where I am encouraged to learn and participate in a new sports training. I remember that I went to Singapore Wrestling Foundation in 2010 to learn wrestling skills from professional coach. I left the course with more confidence in myself, now I am able to protect myself from any danger. Thank You Bartley, and I will never forget SEP!
2.What do you miss most about Bartley?
I miss those overseas learning journey that was conducted by Bartley Secondary School. My overseas trip to Beijing and Xian is always unforgettable. That was the best opportunity for me to bond with my fellow schoolmates and classmates throughout the day for a week.It was a fun time where my friendship with them became stronger. At the same time, I get to learn more about China's history and observe how lessons are conducted in two different China school. Guess what? I was able to visit one of the amazing seven wonders in the world- Great Wall of China! I would like to take this opportunity to tell Bartley that I really enjoyed the overseas trip to China. A big thank you to Bartley Secondary School for giving me the opportunity to travel with my friends and learn new knowledge!
3. What are your well wishes for Bartley?
Happy 60th Anniversary! I would love to extend my most appreciative gesture and thought to congratulate Bartley’s 60th Anniversary. This is a great achievement for Bartley to be a value-added school for 60 years, always committing to touch the lives of not just hundreds, but thousands of alumni over the years. I have benefited from all the wonderful programmes, which I proudly acknowledge. I have confidence that it can continue to reach greater heights and with many more decades or centuries of glories to be achieved in future. Keep up the good work! It doesn't matter where you go in life or what you achieve, or what you do - what matters most is who you have beside you along the way!
